Our capping solutions include systems for pre-threaded and press-on caps, using permanent hysteresis magnetic screwing heads and mechanical grippers. These ensure consistent and repeatable torque application, ideal for sealing PET, HDPE, and glass bottles with screw or push-fit caps. Cap feeding can be handled via vibrating bowls, centrifugal feeders, or mechanical elevators depending on application and layout.

Capping Technology and Configuration
For aluminium closures, PPS capping machines use stainless-steel 4-arm rolling heads to handle ROPP, STELVIN, STELVIN LUX, and WAK caps with precision. These closures are applied directly using a tear-from-neck mechanism, eliminating the need for intermediate handling. Both machine types offer “Pick & Place” or direct placement systems to ensure caps are applied cleanly and accurately.
Machines are available in configurations from a single-head semi-automatic unit up to a 15-head rotary model capable of speeds up to 25,000 bottles per hour.
Closure Application and Placement
PPS capping machines support screw, press-on, and aluminium closures using magnetic screwing heads, mechanical grippers, and 4-arm rolling heads, with both “Pick & Place” and direct placement systems ensuring accurate and consistent cap application.
